Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

Downloadable or digital products
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for return shipping costs

How to Initiate a Return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
Ship the item back to our address provided in the email
Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
