At KT&CO, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Destination
KT&CO currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from delivery time
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day
- During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days
4. Standard Shipping
- Cost: FREE on all orders
- Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days from shipment date
- Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS (carrier may vary by location)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. KT&CO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Express Shipping
For customers who need their orders sooner, we offer Express Shipping at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days from shipment date
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
- Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST for same-day dispatch
Please note that express shipping is subject to carrier availability in your area.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ktco.store.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KT&CO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@ktco.store. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
KT&CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
